Prices All prices are in GBP. Prices include VAT @ 17.5% which is subject to change due to legislation. We do, however, reserve the right to change our prices without notification. We endeavour to keep the prices up to date on our website. We reserve the right not to participate in any special offers or promotions as made by our suppliers.
Postage The cost of posting out your goods is £3.50 for all orders up to £100. After this postage is free. All orders are sent recorded delivery. This is for mainland UK customers only. Please enquire for international costs.
All orders will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours upon receipt of cleared funds. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.
Payments All payments shall be made via Paypal on our website, or by cheque. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via your credit/debit card. This is a safe and secure site. Remember, Paypal is used by millions worldwide.

Returns In the event of goods being faulty on arrival, though this should not happen as we endeavour to send goods out in padded envelopes, please contact us by telephone or email upon receipt. Postage costs and insurance for returned goods are payable by the customer, and we reserve the right not to compensate for these costs.
We reserve the right not to refund any monies for goods that have had work started with them or for damage caused by the customer. A valid receipt must be produced for any refund or replacement.
